Kick off 2010 with Sustainable Seafood

On Tuesday, January 26th chef Brendon Bashford takes a quick jaunt from his post at Sensing at the Fairmont Battery Wharf to the New England Aquarium to cook up a sustainable seafood dinner. Kicking off their Celebrate Seafood Dinner Series for the 2010 season, wild Pacific cod, US farmed shrimp, and US farmed barramundi will be on his three course menu, which will be perfectly paired with the proper wines. Guests will also be treated to special cooking demonstrations and plenty of lively conversation. The evening, which begins at 6:30pm in the Harbor View Café, costs $65 for members and $75 for non-members.
