Chef Erin Miller Hosts 100 Mile Dinner at Urban Hearth

Mark your calendars and make your way to Urban Hearth on Sunday, January 15th for The Hundred Mile Dinner with chef Erin Miller and her special guest, chef Jason Bond. The dynamic duo will be collaborating on a four-course feast featuring ingredients from local purveyors that are within a 100-mile radius. Bond is returning to his Cambridge roots after taking a year-long sabbatical from the restaurant grind following the closing of his restaurant, Bondir, in 2021. He’s been traveling, cooking and visiting farms, and is bringing his fresh perspective to the evening, which will focus on storage crops, cold frame and hydroponics, preserved foods, and the finest meats and seafood of the area.

Dinner costs $85 per person, and there is an optional beverage tasting (also sourced within 100 miles) for $45. Scoop up your reservations here between 5:00 and 9:00pm and get down to Urban Hearth’s cozy Cambridge dining room for the main event. The chefs will be on hand to discuss the dishes and ingredients, and if you’re lucky you’ll get the inside scoop on where Bond will open the newest iteration of Bondir!
