Congratulations to this year’s Boston-based James Beard Award nominees – chefs Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Marco, Michael Leviton of Lumière and Persephone, and first-timer Tony Maws of Craigie on Main. The talented trio, along with chef Rob Evans of Hugo’s in Portland and partners Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier of Ogunquit’s Arrows round out the Best Chef Northeast category. The winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony, scheduled for Monday, May 4th in New York.
