If you’re looking for the perfect excuse to check out the gorgeous new dining room of Hook + Line, then Thursday, January 25th is the day because they’re hosting their first-ever wine dinner featuring Bodegas Granbazán. The Spanish winery from the Rías Baixas area of Spain specializes in Albariño, and because they are made only about a kilometer from the Atlantic coast, the wines exhibit a fresh salinity and minerality. They’ll be an ideal match for the fish-forward, four-course menu from chef Mark Cina. Dinner costs $155.00 and you can snag your spots here.
