Cochon 555’s Heritage Fire in Newport is a decadent foodie feast meat-lovers won’t want to miss. On Saturday, August 24th, the Newport waterfront will be filled with the aromas of fresh local meat, seafood and heirloom veggies roasting over open flames as area chefs (including Brian Miller of Somerville’s Fat Hen) build their own fires and get cookin’. There’ll be artisan cheese and home-made charcuterie, small-production wines from around the world, and local craft beer all accompanying your one-of-a-kind outdoor dining experience.
