On Tuesday, April 9th, Henrietta’s Table in Harvard Square has invited Victor Hugo to dinner, and there’s nothing (les) miserable about it. Victor Hugo Winery is a small family affair in Paso Robles, and winemaker and owner Victor Hugo Roberts will be at the restaurant pouring and pontificating on his wines while you enjoy four paired courses from chef Peter Davis. From an organic pea tips salad paired with Estate Viognier to grilled coulotte steak with Estate Cabernet, this dinner will feature fresh spring ingredients, French preparations, and fabulous Californian wine. It’s $80 for a seat at the table. Peep the deets and get on board.
