Treat the wine lover in your life (or yourself) to a night out in the Seaport on Wednesday, February 21st when Hook + Line welcomes Federico Cleva of Gradis’ciutta in the Collio wine region of northeast Italy, nestled between the Isonzo river, the Judrio river and the Julian Alps. Head to Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli’s all-new fish-forward concept on Fan Pier starting at 6:00pm to meet Cleva, who’ll be in town to talk about the vineyard’s long history of grape-growing and wine-making in the Collio Goriziano region of Italy. Chef Mark Cina and his crew have a fabulous four-course menu planned to accompany a selection of organic wines.
