Gluten Free’s the Way to Be at the BCAE

Get a gluten-free cooking tutorial at the Boston Center for Adult Education on Wednesday, October 6th. Denise Baron, the chef behind the menus at Burtons Grill (including the gluten-free menu) will be demonstrating dishes that are perfect for wheat-free eaters, whether they suffer from Celiac Disease or not. The class, which runs from 6:00-9:00pm, costs $55 per person ($45 for BCAE members) plus a $15 materials fee.
