Gin and chronic, anyone? If you’re curious about what’s on the menu for the future of consumable cannabis, join Cafe ArtScience for a discussion on Wednesday, January 31st, where two experts with experience in both food services and the marijuana industry will share their expertise. Adam Gendreau is a former chef and co-founder of VYB Holdings, a Boston-based company specializing in cannabis products for Massachusetts medical marijuana dispensaries; Seth Yaffe, Director of Operations at Ermont Inc., a Quincy-based medical dispensary, is also a onetime chef who has cooked at the James Beard House on multiple occasions and hosted four underground cannabis-infused dinners in restaurants around Boston.
