Adam Gendreau is a former chef and co-founder of VYB Holdings, a Boston-based company specializing in cannabis products for Massachusetts medical marijuana dispensaries; Seth Yaffe, Director of Operations at Ermont Inc., a Quincy-based medical dispensary, is also a onetime chef who has cooked at the James Beard House on multiple occasions and hosted four underground cannabis-infused dinners in restaurants around Boston.
