The dynamic wine-loving duo behind the goings-on at Forage, chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert, have a quartet of Tuesday Night Wine Dinners lined up for the shortest month of the year. Have a look at the game plan below and choose a date to enjoy a four-course menu expertly paired with all natural wines along a particular theme (like Gamay, sparkling or Amphora wines).
