Forage’s Fall Burgundy Dinner

Get prepped for prime Burgundy drinking days ahead at this week’s wine dinner at Forage. On Tuesday, September 20th General Manager and resident wine expert Stan Hilbert and chef Eric Cooper will be celebrating the arrival of fall with big bold wines from the legendary French wine-making region. Book a table – indoor or out – to be part of the fun. The menu, available in vegetarian- and omnivore-friendly versions (see both below), includes seasonal courses like Beef, Mushroom & Barley Sausage with marfax beans and parsley salad (paired with 2018 Savigny Les Beaune 1e Cru “Les Gravains”, Michel Ecard) and Apple & Squash Crisp with vanilla custard (accompanied by 2021 Objectif Bulles, Nicolas de Pontay). The whole spread costs $95 per person for on-site dining or $160 for two as a take-out feast. Take your pick and place your order or book your table accordingly to get fall off to a delicious start.
