On Tuesday, September 20th General Manager and resident wine expert Stan Hilbert and chef Eric Cooper will be celebrating the arrival of fall with big bold wines from the legendary French wine-making region. Book a table – indoor or out – to be part of the fun. The menu, available in vegetarian- and omnivore-friendly versions (see both below), includes seasonal courses like Beef, Mushroom & Barley Sausage with marfax beans and parsley salad (paired with 2018 Savigny Les Beaune 1e Cru “Les Gravains”, Michel Ecard) and Apple & Squash Crisp with vanilla custard (accompanied by 2021 Objectif Bulles, Nicolas de Pontay).
