Exploring wine is all about breaking out of your comfort zone, and this week Forage has some fun and unusual varietals that’ll make you forget all about Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as you explore the wine culture of Hungary. Check out the menu below for a peek at some of the matchups lined up for Tuesday, March 5th including Cured Duck Breast with Root Veg, Green Onion and Green Garlic paired with 2020 Balf, Kekfrankos; and Beef Goulash with Carrots, Peppers, Red Cabbage and Egg Noodles paired with 2019 Gal Tibor Egri Bikaver.

It’s just $110 to dine in at their comfortable Cambridge dining room, all you need to do is grab a reservation here between 5:00 and 8:45. You can also pick everything up to enjoy at home for $160 for two people, just order your takeout here.
