Forage Heads to Corsica

Skip the frost warning this week and head to the heated patio at Forage in Cambridge for a spin around the French island of Corsica. There’s no need to rent a Vespa for this dinner, as chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert have your island tour mapped out with four courses of early October ingredients paired with some fantastic natural wines from the region. Keep an eye on their IG for updates on the menu and grab a reservation here between 5:00 and 8:45pm; dinner costs $105 per person. If you want to get the Corsican experience from the comfort of your couch, order your dinner to go for two people here for $160. As always, if you meet a wine you can’t live without during dinner, they’ll have bottles available to take home at retail prices later, or you can swing by Hilbert’s new bottle shop in Dedham to snag a case. Give them a call at 617-576-5444 if you have any Qs, and sign up for their weekly email newsletter on the website to stay in the know about their ongoing wine dinner series.
