If cheese with a side of cheese sounds good to you, you won’t want to miss this week’s Cheese & Wine Dinner at Forage. It’ll be a real gouda time in Cambridge on Tuesday, January 16th as chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert match up all the cheese and wine with pairings like Clams or ME Sunset Beans with Parmesan Broth, Potatoes, Basil and Thyme with 2022 Vitis Sylvestris, Alonso, Beaujolais; and House Pastrami or Mushrooms with Springbrook Mac n’ Cheese (Reading & Tarentaise) and Shio Rice Koji with 2021 “Il Battito del Maletto,” Monte Maletto, Canavese, Piedmont. Check out all four courses in the menu below.

Making your cheesey dreams come true costs just $110 per person to eat in their North Cambridge dining room (make a reservation here), or keep the home fires burning and get your whole meal to go for two people for $160 by ordering here. If you like any of the wines you have with dinner, you can take a few bottles home at retail, or swing by Hilbert’s bottle shop in Dedham and order them up there if you’re in the neighborhood.
