Working with local philanthropist Mike Banker and his charitable organization, Madd Mike’s, chef Scott Herritt will be hosting a special brunch at Grotto on Sunday, January 30th to raise resources for the Flip Flop Fund, which will send flip flops to the areas affected by December’s deadly Tsunami. The two brunch seatings, at 12:00 and 2:30pm, will feature choices like lobster and asparagus omelet; braised lamb eggs benedict; and Panettone French toast with caramelized bananas.
