Finale Pairs Ports & Desserts

It may be any port in a storm – but not with your dessert. Learn the art of port pairing at Finale. On Tuesday, September 21st, pastry chef Nicole Coady and port expert Tim Murphy will be teaming up to explore the various complementary flavors and aromas of ports as they pair with some of Finale’s classic desserts. On the evening’s agenda: 20-Year Taylor Fladgate, 30-Year Taylor Fladgate, Croft Pink, LBV Fronseca Guimaraens and 2003 Taylor Fladgate.
