On Tuesday, November 10th, Tuscany’s Felsina Winery is the guest of honor at La Morra for a five-course Italian feast from chef de cuisine Emily Vena. Items like lobster bruschetta and smoked duck highlight the nuance and variety of one of Italy’s most celebrated winemaking regions, and Felsina’s Andrea Bonivento will be on hand to explain the pairings.
