Farm-to-Vine Rosé Dinner at Town Meeting Bistro

The summer growing season is in full swing in New England, and the team at Town Meeting Bistro has the perfect dinner planned to celebrate all of the fabulous fresh ingredients available right now. Head to the lovely Lexington locale inside The Inn at Hastings Park on Thursday, July 21st at 6:00pm for a Farm to Vine Rosé Dinner featuring produce and proteins from two of their favorite local farms: Codman Community Farms and New Entry Sustainable Farming Project.

Chef Alissa Tsukakoshi has a four-course menu planned, which will be paired with pours from Château d’Esclans — the winery in the Provence region of France that helped ignite the rosé renaissance with their label Whispering Angel. Taste the seasonality of mid summer with courses like Confit Codman Farm Egg Yolk with farm herbs, sauce ravigote, and Roasted Codman Farm’s Pork with beans and braised farm greens (check out the full menu below). Dinner tickets are $135 apiece (available via Resy) and you must be 21 or over to attend. Seating is communal (and limited), so reservations will fill up fast!
