Explorateur’s magnificent library room plays host to a whiskey dinner on Tuesday, March 12th featuring pairings from across the pond. Settle into the scholarly space beginning at 7:00pm for a cocktail hour followed by a four-course meal where each dish gets a craft sipper sidekick. Brand Manager Donal O’Gallachoir from Glendalough Distillery will be at the table to walk you through the whole tasting menu, which was created by chef Yousef Ghalaini (see the full details below).
