Glendalough Dinner in The Library

Explorateur’s magnificent library room plays host to a whiskey dinner on Tuesday, March 12th featuring pairings from across the pond. Settle into the scholarly space beginning at 7:00pm for a cocktail hour followed by a four-course meal where each dish gets a craft sipper sidekick. Brand Manager Donal O’Gallachoir from Glendalough Distillery will be at the table to walk you through the whole tasting menu, which was created by chef Yousef Ghalaini (see the full details below). Dinner costs $75 per person plus a processing fee — grab your tickets here before all of the spots are taken.

FIRST COURSE
Curried Cauliflower Soup (Sunchoke chips, Aleppo Chili)

SECOND COURSE
Salmon Crudo
(Fennel Dust, Aji Amarillo, Winter Citrus)
Paired with: Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin

THIRD COURSE
Grilled Colorado Lamb (melted spinach, Moroccan-style cous cous, mustard jus)
Paired with: Glendalough 7-Year-Old Single Malt

FOURTH COURSE
Dark Gingerbread (warm anglaise, whiskey spiced ice cream)
Paired with: Traditional Irish Coffee Crafted with Glendalough Double Barrel
