Eat, Drink and Be Merry at Radius

On Thursday, July 9th savor the rare opportunity to sit down with historic female winemaker Merry Edwards of Sonoma Country, California. Famous for being the first to cultivate the Pinot Noir grape in the region while elevating the standard to which American wines are produced, Edwards will bring her encyclopedic knowledge of all things food and wine as well as five of her vintages (some of which are not currently available in Massachusetts) to the East coast for a special dinner at Michael Schlow‘s Radius. Creating a four course menu to match the stature of these delicious wines, chef de cuisine Matthew Audette will be in the kitchen whipping up dishes like Jonah crab salad with stone fruit puree and yuzu vinaigrette; and grilled rib-eye with sweet corn fondue, basil pistou and heirloom tomato salad. This fabulous evening, which costs $150 per person, starts at 7:00pm – call 617.426.1234 for reservations.
