On Friday, January 17th, the blind are leading the blind on a tasty tasting as 4BlindWines pops up at 25 Brattle Street in Harvard Square. Liz Vilardi (former owner and wine director of Central Bottle, Belly Wine Bar and The Blue Room) will chauffeur you through a blind tasting of four pours that are related in some way—maybe region, maybe varietal—and help you solve the mystery of what’s in your glass. Along the way you’ll develop your inner oenophile with skills like swirling, sniffing, pairing, and maybe even identifying what part of the globe you’re drinking from. It’s an educational good time from 6:00 to 7:30pm, and tickets are $35; sign up right this way.
