Chef William Kovel and his sparkling team are putting on a luxurious soiree with Urban Grape featuring an all-star tasting of five different styles of the iconic French fizz, including “Collection 242,” Blanc de Blanc, Brut Nature, Brut Rosé, and Cristal Millesime, Brut.
