An Intro to Croatian Wines

APICHART VONGPAKAYMAS/SHUTTERSTOCK

Consider this your official invitation to get to know Croatian wines – the team at Forage will be  turning their attention to some award-winning small batch bottles from the Adriatic nation at their next wine dinner on Tuesday, September 26th. Croatia may be better known for its glorious beaches and historic cities (and a striking resemblance to King’s Landing), but their winemaking days date back some 2500 years so they’re definitely ready for their close-up. Book a table to sip your way through the evening’s highlighted wines, hand-picked by wine expert Stan Hilbert, paired with a multi-course tasting menu from chef Eric Cooper. Take your pick between the vegetarian version and the omnivore version (both menus are included below) and then decide if you want to dine-out ($105 per person) or stay in ($160 per take-out menu for two). Go on and book a table online here or order your to-go feast online here – it’d be a shame to miss it.
