Crawfish Boil in Cambridge

Louisiana ex-pats and anyone who wants to tuck into a heap of seafood (aka pretty much everyone) can head to The Bar By The Elevator at State Park on Wednesday, June 28th for a big ol’ Crawfish Boil. Chef Tyler Sundet and Co. will be setting up on the patio (which is, indeed, right next to the elevator), spreading out the paper tablecloths and getting down to business starting at 5:00pm with mounds of fresh crawfish and all the finger-lickin staples including andouille sausage, potatoes and corn, with kale coleslaw, macaroni salad and cheddar biscuits on the side.

Tickets for the feast are $70, and the price includes about one pound of crawfish and two drink tickets — grab ‘em here. Once you’re sufficiently stuffed on shellfish, you can take a stroll over to State Park after and spin some tunes on one of the city’s best jukeboxes while you play some pinball or shuffleboard.
