Cook for Spring at Rustic Kitchen

The snow is finally starting to disappear and you can almost taste the first signs of spring. Throughout March and April hosts Liz Bramwell and Catherine O’Brien will demonstrate how to prepare chef Tom Holloway’s delicious seafood en parchment and a terrine of roasted spring vegetables.
