During this cooking class, Chef Schlow will share his no-fail tips for preparing a perfect holiday meal that’ll impress the whole family and minimize the stress (and the mess) of cooking for the masses. You’ll also leave this class with a whole new repertoire for leftovers, too.

Saturday, December 12th – Via Matta at Radius
Bringing the signature flavors of sister restaurant Via Matta to the Radius kitchen, Schlow will show participants how to prepare satisfying Italian classics like Bolognese, polpete and pollo alla matone at home. Via Matta means “the crazy way” so expect a cooking class filled with fun, perhaps a little grappa, and delicious food.
