On Tuesday, May 18th settle in for an evening of fine wines all the way from the West Coast when Columbia Crest Grand Estates makes the trip from Washington to West Roxbury. Chef-owner Manny Sifnugel will be in the kitchen making sure that his crew pulls together a tasty six-course menu, taking advantage of their full range of wines. Everything from a Riesling to a Cabernet will find its culinary match in dishes like creamy shrimp ceviche with mango and avocado; and coffee rubbed flank steak with chimichurri sauce and sweet potatoes.
