Clos La Chance Wine Dinner at the Red Pheasant

California’s Clos La Chance comes to Cape Cod on Wednesday, January 25th when chef Bill Atwood hosts a five-course Clos La Chance Wine Dinner at The Red Pheasant Inn in Dennis Village. The evening starts off at 6:00pm with hors d’oeuvres (gougeres, gravlox blinis and duck liver mousse canapés) followed by freshly shucked local oysters; pab roasted organic salmon; braised veal tart; Veronica’s Herb Farm winter salad; and molten chocolate cake.
