The Seaport will be sizzlin for Cinco de Mayo at an epic pig roast at Para Maria on Friday, May 5th from 4:00 to 10:00pm. Chef Tatiana Pairot Rosana will be slow roasting a citrus-marinated whole pig with all the fixings, including Spanish rice, coconut rice, Cuban black beans, Caesar salad, and tomato and avocado salad. Plus, tostones, maduras, yuca fries, guacamole, chips and salsa and cinnamon churros. Work up an appetite with a little dancing to Everybody Loves DJ O and cool down the spice with sips of Viva Tequila Seltzer.
