One of the vineyards that put California on the map, Charles Krug Winery has been stomping grapes in Napa longer than anybody else, and they’re coming to Chopps in Burlington on Wednesday, February 27th. Gigi Mondavi will be in the house repping her wines, and she’ll start you off with a 2017 Saint Helena Sauvignon Blanc while you mingle over passed apps. Dinner is three courses from Executive Chef Stefano Zimei, featuring surf (Maine lobster), turf (spiced lamb rib chops), and fire (Baked Alaska) to pair with some of Krug’s finest. $90 gets you a seat at the table, including tax and tip.
