The Tip Tap Room’s second annual Night in Colombia happens at 6:00pm on Monday, September 28th, and this is a fiesta you won’t want to miss. Chef Brian Poe dishes out sub-equatorial snacks to benefit Mass General’s Global Surgery Initiative, and all money raised will go to support children with facial deformities and cleft lips as well as burn victims in Colombia. Attendees can enjoy Colombian cocktails and some of Poe’s empanadas as they bid on the evening’s live auction. The prizes? Three-course dinners for 10 donated by some of Boston’s finest chefs: Andy Husbands, Chris Coombs, Douglas Rodrigues, Mark O’Leary, Jason Heard, Jose Duarte, Lydia Shire, Michael Scelfo and Rodney Murillo. Tickets are $50 in advance here, or $75 at the door.
