Chefs Collaborative Benefit at the Langham

Chefs Collaborative honors Chicago chef and restaurateur (and Chefs Collaborative founding board member) Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo on Monday, November 13th with a five-course dinner at the Langham Hotel. The dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, features local and sustainable ingredients in dishes from chefs and Icarus, and Ashmont Grill, Ed Doyle of Real Food Consulting, Robert Lionette of Garden of Eden, Joe McGarry of Bon Appetit Management Company in Portland, Oregon, Mark Sapienza of Café Fleuri at The Langham Hotel and Eric Stenberg of The Resort at Paws Up in Greenough, Montana.
