Celebrating Seven Years of Pigalle

On Monday, February 25th, in honor of Pigalle’s seventh anniversary, chef-owner Marc Orfaly pulls in culinary cohorts from near and far for an eight-course birthday celebration. Getting the party started with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres – chefs like Dante de Magistris of dante, Pino Maffeo of Boston Public, Tony Susi of Sage and Tony Maws of Craigie Street Bistrot, among others. Dinner, which starts at 7:15pm, is in the hands of talented chefs including Amanda Lydon and Gabriel Frasca of Straight Wharf Restaurant, Michael Schlow of Radius, Via Matta and Great Bay, Gabriel Bremer of Salts, Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park et al., and Lydia Shire of Locke Ober and Scampo. At 10:30pm, after dinner, Orfaly throws open the doors with an industry after-party where chefs who spent the night working the line can nibble on signature items from the likes of Andy Husbands of Tremont 647, Ana Sortun of Oleana and Rodney Murillo of nearby neighbor Avila. Tickets for the dinner cost $177 each, not including tax or gratuity. The afterhours portion of the evening’s entertainment features free snacks and a cash bar.
