The forward-thinking winemakers from Los Carneros’ Gloria Ferrer vineyards – they were the first sparkling winery in the area! – are coming to Catalyst on Thursday, September 24th. You’re invited to enjoy a sommelier-led chat and a three-course menu in the socially-distant dining room or to pick up a meal kit (including wines, of course) to enjoy at home.

Whichever one you choose, you’ll get to try two wines (Gloria Ferrer NV Blancs de Noirs and Gloria Ferrer 2016 Pinot Noir) from this Californian producer, where they’ve brought generations of Catalonian wine-making traditions to bear in a single lifetime. Chef-owner William Kovel’s menu for the evening bridges the seasons with a summer salad of heirloom tomato, nectarines and burrata followed by housemade ravioli with short rib and mushroom. For dessert, there’s a good-for-all-seasons hazelnut chocolate mousse.
