On Monday, May 14th, Les Sablons wants your help distributing a kilo…of caviar. As part of an ongoing series celebrating the release of Island Creek Oyster Farm’s first edition caviar, the Harvard Square spot is hosting a casual caviar party from 6:00 to 9:00pm. There will be complimentary hors d’oeuvres, champagne cocktails, and a whole lot of caviar. They’re giving away the first kilo, so don’t be shy while educating your palate on the balanced, delicate flavor of Island Creek caviar.
