Rozafa Bistro’s wine dinners have finally resumed! Head to Quincy’s favorite Mediterranean-inspired haunt for the return of their popular, wine-focused get togethers on Sunday, April 11th. In partnership with Napa Valley’s Ca’MOMI Winery, Le Cordon Bleu-educated chef Marlon Vila will offer four lavish courses each accompanied by a different wine. The fun starts at 6:30pm with a reception followed by dinner at 7:00pm. Expect black truffle pappardelle and braised short rib with creamy polenta, paired expertly with these famously unpretentious wines. And for dessert, treat yourself to a green tea crème brulée. What wine goes with crème brulée? You’ll have to grab a ticket to find out. Scoop yours up online here via EventBrite — at $50 per person (before processing fees) which is a steal for the quantity and quality of food and drink, and for a little return to normalcy.
