The culinary journey costs $75 per guest, and begins with passed appetizers, followed by a three-course menu. By the time each plate is cleared, you’ll be sipping down a brand new whiskey cocktail created specifically for the course at hand. Lillet, chamomile, and lemon lend themselves to slightly-spicy Bulleit rye in the Southern Tea, while drambuie and amaretto combine with Bulleit 10 year to make the Old Nutty Bulleit the perfect after dinner digestif (or digestivo, as the folks at Davio’s would say!).
