For those who can’t make it down to Jazz Fest, chef Jason Heard is bringing the NOLA tradition up to Cambridge. A fan of the annual fest himself, Heard will be cooking up an a la carte menu of Louisiana classics like crawfish gumbo and smoked Andouille sausage, temporarily transforming the Inman Square spot into the Big Easy. Of course, there will be plenty of Abita beer and lot of hurricanes to go around, and the house will be spinning tunes from this year’s musicians.
