Boston Wine Expo 2008

Livening up a dreary winter weekend, the Boston Wine Expo takes over the Seaport World Trade Center on Saturday, February 9th and Sunday, February 10th. The biggest, and arguably best, consumer wine event in the country, the Wine Expo’s Grand Tasting features pours of more than 1800 wines from 450 wineries from 13 different countries. There’s a whole schedule of guided tastings and seminars for every level of wine drinker. With two demonstration stages all fired up and ready to go, attendees can take a break from wine sipping to see their favorite chefs in action. Look for Kevin Crawley of Coriander Bistro, Todd Winer of The Metropolitan Club, Stephen Brown of Davio’s, Dante de Magistris of dante, Paul King of Avila and Tom Berry of Temple Bar, among others.
