State Park Hosts Bone Up

Bone Up Brewing

There couldn’t be a better matchup for State Park’s elevated yet understated bar fare than the approachable and imaginative brews from Everett’s Bone Up Brewing, where the motto is “Made from ingredients.” These two forces will team up on Wednesday, May 18th at 7:00pm for a four-course dinner (with pairings) in the restaurant’s private dining room. Bone Up’s owners Liz and Jared Kiraly will be hosting so you’ll have time to ask them all the beer geek questions you want, like how they developed their own house yeast strain, or how many different styles they brew in their 3.5-barrel brewery (the smallest in the Boston area!), or if they’ve ever made a beer that tastes like waffles (no spoilers — it’s a real question). After dinner the bar will be pouring Bone Up’s robust porter Shut Up Kelly until the lights come on at 2:00am, so if you don’t make it to dinner you can always swing over to Kendall Square for some after dinner fun. Tickets are $85 each and available on Resy. Proof of vaccination is required. Seating is limited in the PDR, so book soon.
