Black Trumpet’s Napa Valley Wine Dinner

On Wednesday, January 27th indulge in a few delicious wines paired with equally delectable food when Portsmouth’s Black Trumpet hosts wine maker Tom Eddy. He’ll travel all the way from California’s Napa Valley to share his vinous knowledge, not to mention a few of his wines, including a zinfandel port that’s making its New Hampshire debut. Chef Evan Mallett will do his part by cooking up a tasty four-course meal to pair quite nicely with Eddy’s wines. The fun begins at 6:30pm and costs $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
