Bistro Cooking at Home with Gordon Hamersley – On Monday, October 27th Chef Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s unveils his new book Bistro Cooking at Home, a cookbook filled with sophisticated yet easy to make recipes accompanied by wine recommendations from his wife and wine manager, Fiona Hamersley. Learn about Hamersley’s signature dishes such as wild mushroom and roasted garlic sandwich, as well as his interpretation of bistro classics.
