Wake up and smell the bagels. Coppa and Better Bagels are joining forces again for an AM pop-up on Thursday, April 27th. Hand-rolled, NY-style bagels – either everything or plain – can be had for $3 apiece, starting at 7:30am. Topping options include charred broccoli cream cheese with trout roe and avocado with Calabrian chili. Or, you can emulate Coppa and have your breakfast grinder-style.
