Take your kitchen skills to the next level just in time for holiday get-togethers at a couple of cooking classes with Conor Dennehy at Talulla this month. The chef of the small-but-mighty “mom and pop” will walk you through all the steps for making your own homemade pasta (Monday, November 6th) or cutting your own crudo (Sunday, November 12th) at a pair of interactive workshops in his Cambridge kitchen. Each class will include fun, informational demonstrations where you’ll get to really try your hand at the techniques, followed by a little sit-down time to enjoy the food you made, including paired beverages. Plus you’ll get to take all the recipes home afterwards. Classes cost $85 per person and you can sign up for the pasta class here and the crudo class here. Classes start promptly at 6:00pm.
