From noon to 2:00pm, you’ll hear his thoughts on brining vs. dry rubs, explore the wide world of sauces, and partake in a friendly competition during class to see who can make the best wing rub. Resident whiskey expert Jordan McCusker will be on site to share pairing tips and tricks, plus you’ll be able to sample a winter whiskey cocktail.
