Where’s the beef? On Monday, February 28th the answer is KO Prime when Ken Oringer and Joshua Buehler host the second annual Burger Battle. Twelve of Boston’s most meat-loving chefs will put their burger making skills to the test to see who can reach the pinnacle of pattydom – check out the carnivorous offerings from Jaap Overgaag of Charlie’s Kitchen, Brooke Vosika of The Bristol Lounge, Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa and Toro, Jay Silva of Bambara, Louis DiBiccari of Sel de la Terre, Matt Celeste of Island Creek Oyster Bar, Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger, Robert Grant of The Butcher Shop, Seth Morrison of The Gallows, Suzi Maitland of Trina’s Starlite Lounge, Tony Maws of Craigie on Main and Will Gilson of Garden at the Cellar. The $30 ticket ($40 at the door), the proceeds from which will go to benefit Autism Speaks, entitles guests to taste each of the fabulous burgers and vote on their favorite.
