Frozé season is drawing to a close but that means red wine season is right around the corner. Get ready at Bar Enza, chef Mark Ladner’s stylish spot at the Charles Hotel, where they’re gearing up for a virtual visit to Italy’s famed Brunello di Montalcino region of Tuscany — just in time to toast to this year’s grape harvest.

You can grab your ticket for the special dinner, scheduled for Monday, September 12th, to enjoy four courses paired with wines from Fattoria dei Barbi winery in Tuscany. Raffaella Colombini, part owner and winemaker, will be on hand to talk through each pour and also give you some history of the winery, which has been making some of Italy’s most loved Brunellos since 1892.

The evening starts at 6:30pm with welcome bubbles followed by the sit-down meal. Check out the full menu below to see the whole spread and pairings.
