An Evening of Food and Wine at Excelsior

Chef Lydia Shire welcomes winemaker Christopher Carpenter to Excelsior on Tuesday, February 24th for a specially designed four-course wine dinner featuring wines from Cardinale and Lokoya Vineyards. Courses like scotch flamed lobster with chestnut polenta; rare Szechuan goose breast with gascon goose confit and black currant; chop of American lamb with true tagine of winter squash & candied dates; and spoon of vacherin finished with torta sabiosa and early spring strawberry sorbetto will be served with six accompanying wines.
