Alba in Quincy has invited Filippo Manni, winemaker at Frescobaldi, to be your tour guide through Tuscany during a five-course Italian meal where you’ll sample six of the region’s most scintillating wines. The pairings are what Italian dreams are made of: Caprese and Vermentino, a rich Short Rib Gnocchi with Chianti, and a decadent Filet Mignon with a Brunello di Montalcino.
