If you’ve been dying to check out chef Keith Sarasin and pastry chef Robert Gonzalez’s roving Indian-inspired pop-up, Aatma, clear your calendar for Wednesday, April 17th when they touch down at Newton Centre’s Thistle & Leek. Chef-owners Kate and Trevor Smith will be welcoming the talented twosome into the kitchen for a five-course dinner that will be the perfect way to perk up your midweek. Dinner costs $120 (plus processing fees) for a regular table or, if you really want to catch all the action, $159 (plus processing fees) for a VIP seat at the chef’s counter – whichever you prefer, you can reserve your spots here for seatings at either 5:00 or 7:30pm.
